These terms apply to every hotel or accommodation business ("the Client") and every user who uses StaySync. Using the service means you accept them.

2. The service

StaySync is an online platform for managing accommodation: reservations, booking engine, guest portal, payments through third-party providers, guest communication (email and WhatsApp), invoicing and operations. The modules available to each Client are those of its subscription.

3. Accounts

4. The Client's obligations

5. WhatsApp

6. Fees

The subscription and its fees are agreed with each Client. Third-party charges (payment provider commissions, Meta messaging, the Client's own channel or invoicing providers) are paid by the Client to those providers.

7. Availability

We aim for continuous operation and keep regular backups, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance may be scheduled, preferably at night. Third-party services (Meta, payment providers, channel managers) are outside our control.

8. Personal data

StaySync processes guest data on the Client's behalf as described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion requests: Data deletion instructions.

9. Intellectual property

The software, its design and its content belong to FHOTELS S.A. The Client receives a right of use for the duration of its subscription. The Client's data belongs to the Client.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FHOTELS S.A. is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, nor for damage caused by inaccurate data entered by the Client or by third-party services. Liability in any case is limited to the fees paid by the Client in the last 12 months.

11. Termination

Either party may end the subscription as agreed. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the law. After termination, the Client's data is returned or deleted at its request, except what the law requires us to keep.

12. Law and courts

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Kalamata have jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with its date.
